Side opening of the cuff is 53mm x 45mm which is a small to medium ladies' size. Cuffs should be put on over the narrowest part of the wrist (the side) and turned ninety degrees to align. They may be tightened a bit with a squeeze or bent slightly to find a better shape, but should not be repeatedly pulled open and closed.
